downstairs. There is 1 main bathroom with an electric shower and a small second
bathroom upstairs.

Sittingroom and Kitchen is an open
plan design – all appliances included, washing machine, dryer, cooker, fridge +
freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is a TV and a stereo.
Heating is by oil which
is included – electricity is also included.
All bedlinen
and towels are supplies. A cot is available on request.
The sitting room has an
open fireplace with solid fuel supplied.

leather chairs and suite.
The main Bathroom downstairs has a Jacuzzi bath and
open plan shower. The heating is Oil fired central heating which is included ( Electricity is charged on departure ).

has also T.V with Satellite channels, D.V.D, video player and C.D player.

There is an Enclosed patio garden with garden chairs ,BBQ and an outside clothes line. This house is
children friendly – a cot and high chair are available on request.

a No Smoking Policy.

has to offer - Kylemore Abbey and gardens, Dan O'
Hara’s heritage park, Island of Inishbofin, mountain
