Connemara Country Lodge is
a delightful Georgian guesthouse situated 2 minutes walk from the centre
of Clifden on
the Westport Rd. “Connemara Country Lodge” is set on
extensive grounds and landscaped gardens,
with large private car park. All bedrooms are luxurious, en - suite and
furnished to the highest standards with TV, tea/coffee making facilities,
telephones and hairdryers.
Your host Mary, is a well known Ballad singer and violinist, and
speaks 4 languages, including French and German. Mary often sings for guests in
the evening in the lodge.
There is an extensive breakfast menu, includes a wonderful
selection of many home-made breads and scones. Mary is often known to sing an
Irish Ballad during breakfast, much to her guests delight.
The Guesthouse is often described as hotel accommodation at bed
