“Cul na Greine Cottage”

Roundstone

“Cul Na Greine” is a newly built luxurious cottage, located at the bottom of Errisbeg Hill, overlooking Roundstone Bay, Inislacken and the Islands. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Roundstone, famous for it’s beautiful restaurants and lively pubs. Only a short drive( 5 minutes) away is the famous Gurteen Beach and Dog’s Bay Beach.

Cul na Greine has 3 large bedrooms, which sleeps 8 people, and is decorated to a high standard with beautiful pine floors. Views from the bedrooms are of Errisbeg Hill. The Twelve Bens and the Islands off Roundstone. A cot is also available.

The Sitting – Room has a TV (multi channel), DVD player and VCR. There is an open fireplace and initial fuel is supplied.

The Kitchen has all modern appliances – Electric cooker + hob, fridge + freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking utensils and crockery.There is a joining dining area and a separate utility room.

There are 2 full bathrooms one upstairs and 1 downstairs, to include 2 baths, 2 showers, etc.

All linen and towels are supplied. There is oil central heating throughout the house. Electricity usage is extra and charged on departure.Outside is a beautiful sitting area with garden furniture and a Bar-b- que.

Calla Beach House,

Calla Beach House is a newly built house and is located in a very scenic area between Roundstone and Ballyconneely, only a stroll away from its very own secluded sandy beach at Calla.

Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 single ,1 double en-suite and a couch which turns into a single/double bed, ( sleeps 5 - 6 people ), each bedroom individually decorated to a very high standard with your comfort in mind. The main bathroom has a bath and an electric shower.

Calla Beach House has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons provided and an oil burner stove. There is a patio door to the rear of the house as well as a back door leading from the kitchen to the outside.

The sitting room is very luxurious with leather couches, TV and an electric fire.

There is a No Pets policy.

Calla Beach House is ideally located with superb views of the sea and beaches, a beautiful sandy white beach is practically on your doorstep.

Within a short drive away are the many attractions that Connemara has to offer – Clifden, with it’s many fine craft shops, restaurants and lively Irish Music Bars, Ballyconneely Golf Club, only a 10 minute drive away, Roundstone, another 10 minutes drive away, Gurteen beach and Dog’s bay, a 5 minute drive away - to name but a few.

Ben View House is located in Roundstone Village, with views of Roundstone Bay and the Twelve Bens, and close to restaurants, pubs, shops and beaches.

Consisting of 3 bedrooms – 2 double and 1 twin, sleeps a total of 6 people. All linen and towels are provided and there is a TV in 2 of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons - all cooking utensils and crockery are supplied.

The sitting-room has Sky TV, DVD player and some DVD’s supplied. There is an electric fire. The house has electric storage heating throughout.

Ben View has a full family sized bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bath and an electric shower.

There is outside furniture and a barbeque area. Electricity is included.

Sorry no pets are allowed.

Ben View is available on a weekly basis or weekends all year.

Perfectly situated within walking distance to the village and only a short drive to Gurteen beach and Dog’s Bay, Ben View is the ideal location for all that Connemara has to offer.
